“Dianna is the most future-forward, vision driven breeder we have had the pleasure of getting to know. No one has made a larger commitment to the development of the German Riding Pony (GRP) in North America than her.  As a breeder, she has a clear vision, not just for the next generation, but is thinking of 2,3 even 4 generations in the future, knowing the decisions she makes today will impact the success for many years to come. She doesn't compromise on the quality of her ponies; they are bred to be sane, sound, talented, correct in conformation, and true to the breed characteristics.  As a stallion owner, she is dedicated to matching your mare to the optimal stallion to reach your breeding goals.  Whether you are breeding to one of her stallions or buying a pony she bred, you can rest assured you will experience the benefit of unmatched years of experience and accumulated knowledge. ”

“Fox Creek Farm has the best German Riding Pony lines. The service is amazing just like the owner. All the ponies are healthy and happy. They basically are straight up winners. We even went back to get another pony after the spectacular results with the first one. 100% recommend - 5 stars!! *****”

“My 10 yr. old daughter unexpectedly lost her pony. Upon hearing this, and without a second thought, Dianna graciously shared her Fox Creek’s Chorus Doll with us. “Dolly” and Ashley have progressed from the Short Stirrup to the Pony Hunters, qualifying for Pony Finals 2020. We are forever grateful for Dianna’s generosity.”

“I lucked out and bought a pony bred by Dianna: Fox Creek’s (FCF) Power Play. He won several of our local shows under saddle along with driving classes. Power Play has competed very successfully in upper level combined driving events. In 2018 I invited Dianna to ride as groom on the back of the presentation carriage in dressage and cones at The Live Oak International. I was thrilled to be able to share her pony with her.”

Fox Creek’s Cavalier aka: Duke

We are so thankful to have found our amazing Fox Creek pony. Duke is an absolute gem and his breeder, Dianna Orona, has really perfected the German Riding Pony. He moves like a dream with the greatest personality to be an absolute best friend to my daughter. Duke jumps a 10 and is capable of winning wherever we may take him. If you have the opportunity to snag a lovely Fox Creek pony you won’t be disappointed.

“So my daughter and I went on the hunt to find her large green pony - all over the map, even Canada. Then we had the good fortune to find Dianna. Not only did we find my daughter’s perfect pony, but we found lifelong friends in Dianna and her family.

In the years since, we have marveled at how Dianna’s carefully designed breeding program continues to produce ever more beautiful, talented and sweet ponies. My daughter aged out 3+ years ago, but we both kind of wish she could be a junior again to get another Fox Creek Pony. They really are that special!”

Fox Creek’s Diamond King is definitely solid German Riding Pony breeding at its finest. I crossed him on a good Welsh Section B mare and the result is fantastic! The Fox Creek German Riding Pony program is packed with solid proven genetics.

I greatly appreciated Dianna’s professionalism and service. She is a class act that I give a solid 5 star rating. I know I can count on Dianna Orona to do what she says she’ll do.”

I am grateful to have known Dianna Orona for almost 15 years now and I have had nothing but great respect for her breeding program. I have bred her stallions to my Premier mares and have seen the quality of her vision in my foals. As a stallion owner she gives us mare owners a great opportunity to improve the outcome of foals by her stallions. I will continue to fill my barn with her outstanding  stallions offspring.

Dianna is the most knowledgeable breeder I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was incredibly warm and welcoming when she invited me to visit her farm. Her kindness and willingness to freely share her vast knowledge and experience is what really sets her apart in this industry. She is truly a wonderful person as well as a fantastic breeder. Her ponies are absolutely phenomenal: bloodlines, temperament, conformation athleticism. They have it all! She truly has an impressive program!

“I have had the privilege of riding and training several of Dianna’s ponies over the years and I can say that you will find no more knowledgeable or dedicated breeder of ponies in this country. Her attention to pedigree is always focused on the end performance. SHE HAS A PLAN! She is not just combining two currently popular lines as is often done, but because of her almost historical knowledge of German Riding Pony development she sees ahead to the ponies she is planning to breed for in the future.

Truly a remarkable woman. I have been in Europe with her as she selects her breeding stock and evaluates individuals for her program; she is tough! She is ruthlessly realistic about the results of her own pairings and their progress. No bias allowed! She is honest with herself and will be with you as a customer as well. She also has a knack for pairing people with the right pony. I am NOT a breeder, but a trainer and competitor and over and over again I have been impressed with the ponies I have trained for Dianna. I am always ready for another!”

Big thank you to Dianna and Fox Creek Farm for helping us out at the last minute when another stallion owner dropped the ball. Dianna was able to collect Masterpiece on a Saturday; I was able to drive to the farm, pick up the collection and breed my mare the same day. We now have a gorgeous filly who we just love. Couldn’t be any happier, sometimes things work out better than originally planned.

“Living in NJ and being a small time breeder of sport ponies, ( one mare ), I had seen the ponies that Dianna bred online and was in awe. We communicated briefly online, but I never expected to meet her. Fast forward to 2011. I had impulsively bought an undernourished foal while visiting a friend in Missouri. I had no idea how I was getting her back to NJ. Then, I just happened to sit next to Dianna at a horse show and realized who she was. Without hesitation after I told her about the debacle I was in, she said she was heading East with a rig of ponies and she could drop the foal off in Maryland. Without taking any money, she graciously was able to bring the foal East and I was forever grateful….a true horsewoman and an even more generous human being. Thank you Dianna.”
